How To Use The Search Page.
Here is an example of what you might see on a search page.

To start a search click on the Search Drop Down Menu [select one] as shown below.

Choose and click on the field you want to search, in this example we have choosen Surname.
You can search by any field offered on the list.

The words [select one] should now be replaced with Surname as shown below.

In the text box type in the name you wish to find and click Search.
If you are searching for a year then type in the year etc
We are searching for the surname Graham.

The results for all the records that have Graham entered as the Surname will be listed.
As you can see they are not in any sensible order, they are actually listed in the order they were submitted.
This is handy if you visit regularly and only wish to check for new entries.
If this is the situation it is best to start from the last page and work backwards.

We can change the order of the results by clicking on any of the colunm headings.
In the example below we have put them in year order.

In this example they are in First Name order.

You can use the 4 buttons below to navigate through the results pages.
If there is only one page of results the buttons will be faded as they are below.
From left to right the buttons are:
First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, Last Page.

In the Members Area there is also a view link which enables you to see the full record.
